1.) Install the MetroKEY App
2.) Create a New Account
3.) Once we verify you’ve signed up for your town’s organics program your app will be activated. Access can take up to 48 hours.
NOTE: The following towns require a transfer station permit to gain access to the app.
You can fill a compostable bag provided by the town or just drop off food scraps loose.
IMPORTANT! We are making compost from your scraps.
Only put items that are listed as acceptable items.
We do not accept ANY plastic, stickers, rubber bands, twist ties etc.
You can be removed from the program if you do not honor the acceptable list.
