What to expect

When you arrive at check-in, we’ll ask you to a sign a waiver releasing HRRA, the Town of Kent and your fixer from claims. Items you offer for repair are at your own risk.

If you registered, you will have an appointment time with your fixer.
Walk-in’s are welcome! You will be assigned a fixer on a first-come, first-served basis. This may involve a wait time.

Bring any spare parts or manuals you have for items that need fixing. If you’ve already attempted repairs, please tell the fixers.

The Repair Café is comprised entirely of volunteers. Please treat them respectfully. We can’t guarantee that your item can be repaired.
